You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for an unworn item in its original condition and packaging.

To be eligible, boots must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original box and packaging materials intact. Items returned outside these conditions may not be accepted.

Email us through the contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
